About the Role

PHM seeks an experienced Client Services Coordinator (CSC) with healthcare experience to serve in variety of clinical support, client care logistics, and administrative functions. Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills in a medical or healthcare setting is an important requirement for this role. The CSC will report to the Manager, Client Services Operations.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support and assessment of care needs through direct client communication (texts/calls/emails/portal messages/etc.)
  • Serve as an essential, extended member of the client’s care team and establish both personal and team credibility by bringing the best of PHM to serve a client’s need
  • Schedule all appointments as directed by client care team and/or physicians
  • Initiate contact with client through welcome email to introduce the Personal Care Team, coordinate registration completion, and initiate initial and ongoing medical records requests
  • Provide scheduling and billing assistance through coordination with physician offices and support services such as concierge nursing, molecular profiling companies, etc.
  • Order all required molecular and diagnostic testing as directed by client care team and/or physicians
  • Oversee creation and transfer of medical records portfolio and image share requests
  • Coordinate and ensure all action items/ follow-ups from client meetings are captured and complete
  • Work in conjunction with Research Assistant to determine clinical trial eligibility and enrollment process
  • Assist with internal documents/reports, and proofread client deliverables for grammar, spelling, formatting, and appropriateness of content
  • Continuous focus on increasing client satisfaction and team engagement through scalable processes and thorough documentation
  • Work in conjunction with Personal Care Team leads in the client renewal process as needed


Qualifications

  • College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS)
  • Two years of healthcare experience and care coordination preferred
  • Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to deal with high acuity, well-accomplished individuals in a calm, pleasant and professional manner
  • Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling confidential information with care

Work Environment

This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations – (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA).

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $66,000.
