What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Private Household?

Personal/Executive Assistant needed for busy Executive and family. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have great communication skills, and be able to anticipate the employer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Daily scheduling for Mrs. and the children
  • Heavy appointment scheduling/rescheduling
  • Daily Tasks- Administrative duties
  • Travel arrangements, domestic & international
  • Errands as needed
  • Event planning

Requirements:

  • 6 years’ of similar experience working for High profile.
  • House Management skills.
  • 'No job too big or too small' mentality.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, MAC and PC.
  • Able to handle a busy, ever changing schedule for the employers.
  • Must have excellent follow through skills.
  • Able to be reached outside of business hours for urgent matters.
  • Must be child friendly & pet friendly. (French Bulldog love appreciated)
  • Team player!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm - On call as needed.

Salary: $85-90k, DOE, plus bonus & reimbursable medical insurance.
