Personal/Executive Assistant needed for busy Executive and family. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have great communication skills, and be able to anticipate the employer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Daily scheduling for Mrs. and the children
- Heavy appointment scheduling/rescheduling
- Daily Tasks- Administrative duties
- Travel arrangements, domestic & international
- Errands as needed
- Event planning
Requirements:
- 6 years’ of similar experience working for High profile.
- House Management skills.
- 'No job too big or too small' mentality.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, MAC and PC.
- Able to handle a busy, ever changing schedule for the employers.
- Must have excellent follow through skills.
- Able to be reached outside of business hours for urgent matters.
- Must be child friendly & pet friendly. (French Bulldog love appreciated)
- Team player!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm - On call as needed.
Salary: $85-90k, DOE, plus bonus & reimbursable medical insurance.
