Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and prepare documents.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel; maintain office calendar.
- Office Management: Ensure a clean and orderly office; liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain office records, prepare reports, and ensure confidentiality.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, provide support, and address inquiries.
- Financial Support: Assist with bookkeeping tasks and monitor office expenses.
- Project Assistance: Support various projects and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
