Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming patient liaison to join our team!

As the patient liaison for our concierge medical practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, great customer service, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients as they arrive
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their appointments
  • Schedule diagnostic tests and specialized appointments for patients at other medical facilities as needed
    • Assist with other medical responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of health care experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
