Required verifiable experience:4 years of Senior patient caregiving can be substituted with 2 years of DPS.
Preferred Experience as follow.
Dementia/Alzheimer's, Senior care, home health care, developmentally disabled adult DPS (sys level 5 and above).
3 days per week, 36 hrs.12 hrs shift 8.30 am to 8.30pm Sunday to Tuesday
Start pay $22/hr, Direct payroll deposit W2Job.
Clean background check required.
Care is for 1 male patient at 1 location only with Dementia/Alzheimer.
* 3 days on (not 5 to save your gas), 4 days off
* After First year , 3 days paid vacation and yearly pay raise.
* Needs Help with medication, all ADL’s, Meal preparation, showering, toileting. Pericare, day activity, exercise, pets care and house cleaning etc.

- Attention to details
- Ability to interact, engage and maintain the patient daily routine
- Have a good sense of humor
- Be a team player
- CPI non violent intervention, and behavior management training are a huge plus
Applicant needs to be physically fit in order to fully perform this job.
Ability to do 12 hrs shifts, and ability to fully move, stand, bend down, kneel, extend etc.
Good emotional health and self care routine as memory care can be overwhelming at times.
This job is a hands on care giving, support position not a babysitting position
