Responsibilities:

• Secure competitive financing and leasing deals for customers
• Sell extended warranties and other aftermarket products
• Educate customers on financing options, features, advantages, and benefits
• Process loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently
• Fulfill dealership sales goals
• Maintain great lender relationships
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
• Maintain current knowledge of all finance and lease programs and disperse information to sales and finance team members promptly, including management of the F&I team.
• Maintain current knowledge of all local, state and federal regulations affecting dealership operations, particularly regarding sales and finance departments.
• Complete all required continued training

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' Experience in an Automotive Finance Position
• Excellent track record of performance
• Team participant with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer software skills and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• A great attitude and adherence to a strong code of personal ethics
• Steady work history
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
