PrivateSky® Aviation Services is expanding. We operate a full-service FBO providing:
- World Fuel Aviation Jet Fuel and Av Gas,
- Rental Cars on site with advanced reservation,
- Airline into Plane Fueling,
- Limos & Tour Buses by reservation in advance,
- Catering, Concierge Services, Conference Room, Pilots Quiet Room and Satellite Weather Service Computer,
- Hangar and Ramp Space,
- Lavatory Servicing and Potable Water Servicing,
- Ground Power Unit Services and a Luxury Passenger Waiting Lobby.
Customer Service Representatives are the face of our business. As our customers land their planes at our facility, our Customer Service team provides everything our customers need from concierge services and assistance with scheduling to questions on hot spots in the city to visit and general itinerary planning.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide Assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodations,
- Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights,
- Provide ground transportation for pilots/customers,
- Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly,
- Use Unicom communication system,
- Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service,
- Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms,
- Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware,
- Dispatch and receive fuel orders,
- Maintain refreshments for customers in lobby area,
- Receive and enter cash payments; enter fuel and service tickets, close and settle batches for POS and Total FBO ensuring balance; balance cash drawer, file,
- Service and stock office and kitchen supplies,
- Maintain security access to ramp, hangar and offices,
- Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual,
- Demonstrate team leadership, professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations,
- Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe and organized manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of solid face-to-face Customer Service experience,
- 3 years of college (degree preferred),
- Must have considerable first class customer service skills,
- Must have knowledge of business and personal/recreational aviation operations,
- Attention to detail,
- Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays,
- Must have valid Driver’s License,
- Must be able to obtain airport badge (passing a 10-year background check),
- Must be able to take/pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
