We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Bloomfield, CT.

- Our practice has offered care to the community for 20 years, and provides the full scope of primary care services to adult and geriatric patients

Qualifications:
- 1 years of primary care experience preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $110k to $135k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
