We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to be a driving force behind our brand's visual identity. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our Creative Team, collaborating with our Creative Directors to build and uphold a strong brand and visual identity. You will lead design projects from inception to completion, translating ideas into bold and compelling creative solutions. Your multifaceted creative abilities will be put to the test as you design, animate, video-edit, and more to authentically capture the culture of PrizePicks.
What you’ll do:
- Brand Stewardship: Assist our Creative Directors in building and meticulously maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our company culture and sets us apart in the industry.
- Creative Leadership: Take the lead on design projects, guiding them from brainstorming and concept development through to execution, creating breakthrough creative that resonates with our audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with every department within the organization, bringing a design perspective to various initiatives and campaigns.
- Efficient Multitalent: Use your experience working with marketing and partnership teams to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to design, animate, video-edit, and more will be instrumental in conveying the unique culture of PrizePicks.
- Diverse Design Scope: Tackle a wide array of design projects, ranging from social media posts, comprehensive out-of-home campaigns and merch/apparel.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our visual language & brand identity
- Visual Identity Consistency: Ensure that all your design work reflects and pushes the boundaries of our visual identity.
- Design Tools: Utilize design tools such as Figma and Blender to craft pixel-perfect designs that are consistently on-brand, connecting with our current members and attracting new ones.
What you have:
- Proven experience as a designer, ideally within the sports or culture industry.
- Experience with performance based marketing.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma & Blender.
- A passion for sports and culture is a plus.
Where you’ll live:
- Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta, GA would be preferred.
