Head Start Birth-Five Program Data Specialist –: Pro Action’s Birth-to-5 Head Start Program is looking for a full-time Data Specialist to provide support that will ensure that all areas of the program maintain 100% compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and all other applicable program regulations and be responsible for oversight of the program’s data management system.
The Data Specialist will provide support to the Head Start Director, work closely with the Business and Operations Manager, and other staff, that includes tracking and ensuring validity of monthly reports completed by the functional area manager. Assist with compilation and analysis of program-wide data regarding program goals, objectives, and action steps. Assist with HS child and family recruitment and selection. Ensure completion of required staff training in direct reports.
The Data Specialist is required to maintain working knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, local written plans and policies and Pro Action policies and procedures. Knowledge of NYS Office of Children and Family Services Day Care Regulations must also be maintained.
