Job Posting for Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Pro-Active Engineering
Pro-Active Engineering is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to produce and complete manufacturing documentation and stencils and ensures processes are in place within the appropriate time frame.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the defining and improving of the manufacturing documentation system.
- Create manufacturing documents to be used for the completion of electronic assemblies.
- Serve as a manufacturing technician.
- Maintain ECN and ECR processes.
- Assist quoting and purchasing with alternate and substitute part/package solutions. Research part equivalent replacements.
- Provide technical support for testers and failed electronic assembly.
- Provide technical services for engineering department as necessary.
- Coordinate test development.
- Perform backups for manufacturing equipment.
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and sales/engineering department and department personnel.
- Communicate with customers on technical issues as needed.
