Service Writer/Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Writer/Manager. As a Service Writer/Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our powersports service department. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Transmit customer requests to the appropriate POWERSPORTS technicians
- Provide estimates for POWERSPORTS repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Manage the service department and its personnel.

Experience:
- Previous experience in powersports/automotive sales or service is preferred
- Knowledge of powersports/automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with engine repair, transmission repair, tires, brakes, and other common powersports services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
