Pro Imprint, a leader in e-commerce, is looking for a motivated experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will optimize and maximize all advertising platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of the promotional product industry and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective marketing strategies. This person has to have an outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. They need to be passionate and possess the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. They must also have excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Industry Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of promotional product trends, target audiences, and popular product categories.
  • Leverage your knowledge of promotional product buying cycles to tailor marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop engaging content (newsletter, blog posts, infographics, videos) that showcases the value proposition of promotional products and inspires creative use cases.
  • Create targeted content highlighting specific product categories, customization options, and industry applications.
  • Manage and maintain a data-driven content calendar for various promotional channels.

E-commerce Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize product pages for relevant keywords and craft compelling product descriptions that drive conversions.
  • Manage product data feeds across marketplaces and other sales channels to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and recommend data-driven solutions.

Promotional Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches.
  • Leverage various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and influencer marketing, to reach targeted audiences with the right message.
  • Continuously track campaign performance, analyze results and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Tailor marketing strategies to cater to different customer segments (corporate, non-profit, education, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer retention.

Sales & Design Team Integration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to gain insights into customer needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Work seamlessly with the design team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product offerings and strengthen brand messaging.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including website traffic, lead generation, sales conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future marketing strategies and drive business growth.

By leveraging your industry knowledge, marketing expertise, and analytical skills, you will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales success for our promotional product company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing (a plus).
  • In-depth understanding of the promotional product industry.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research/optimization.
  • Content marketing experience (creation & calendar management).
  • E-commerce marketing experience (product page optimization & data feeds).
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms & campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills (track performance, interpret data, generate reports).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Passion for promotional products and a creative marketing approach.

AdWords / Bing certification a plus.

Graphic Design a plus.

BS/BA degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
