Candidate should be ready for Travel for KT (Knowledge Transfer) - Across US ( first 2 to 3 Months)

Description: Fulltime role with TCS

  • Imaging, Troubleshooting Windows 7 and windows 10, Printer, office 365 app support, Mobile device support,
  • Experience in Desktop support management.
  • Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management
  • Printer and network troubleshooting Experience in supporting video conference rooms, PC Lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Data center activities.
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities

Relocate to Base location -

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,430.60 - $49,894.91 per year
