Job Title : Claims Processor Pay : $16.00 Hours : 8am 5pm Location : Wakarusa Looking for someone who is detail oriented, multitasker and organized.
Responsibilities : Manage company claims program and act as liaison with insurance carriersMinimize warranty claim costs and legal exposure from repairs and accidentsCommunicate with fleet regarding damages, accidents, and compliance issuesInvestigate fault or liability in accidents and negotiate settlementsProvide guidance to drivers on safety, damage, and breakdown proceduresConduct truck inspections for compliance and safetyOversee disciplinary actions for safety violations and accidents Qualifications : High school diploma or GED;
college degree preferred3 years supervisory experience in transportation; 5 years preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicEvaluation : Biannual evaluation based on performance metrics and supervisor assessmentPhysical Demands : Combination of standing, walking, sitting, and computer useOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsNo special vision requirements#Goshen
