Seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for:

  • Wound care in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Prescription management and treatments.
  • Collaborating with care teams and physicians.
  • Regular resident assessments.
  • Managing wound risks and care protocols.

Requirements:

  • NP license in Kentucky. (Required)
  • Board Certification, DEA licensure.
  • Wound care and long-term care experience.
  • Proficiency in EMR.
  • Expertise in managing complex conditions.
