Job Description: White Rock Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a skilled Liquid Painter to join our manufacturing team. As a Liquid Painter, you will be responsible for applying liquid coatings to various substrates with precision and consistency. Your expertise in liquid painting techniques will play a crucial role in producing high-quality finished products that meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking, as necessary.
- Mix and prepare liquid coatings according to specified formulations and quality standards.
- Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, or other application methods, ensuring even coverage and adherence to technical specifications.
- Monitor and adjust painting equipment settings to achieve desired finish and texture.
- Perform quality inspections to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections in the painted surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in liquid painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in operating painting equipment, including spray guns, paint booths, and drying ovens.
- Strong understanding of paint mixing ratios, viscosity, and application techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices for handling hazardous materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in painting or coating application techniques.
