We Currently have openings for Machine Operator Trainee’s at our Walden, NY facility! We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including production bonuses and a sign on bonus!
Hourly Rate: $21 Shift Differential Monthly Production Bonus.
Additional Bonus: Signing Bonus, Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus, Referral Bonus

Shift: Rolling schedule 4 days work and 2 days off.
- Day shift 5am-5pm
- Night Shift 5pm-5am ($1.00 shift differential)
- Swing Shift - 2 days 5am-5pm, 2 nights 5pm-5am, 2 days off ($1.50 shift differential)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for machine and crew.
- Explain all safety rules and lock outs to crew.
- Read and understand work orders & blue lines.
- Sign off on Quality Inspection report every half an hour.
- Complete daily production report.
- Make sure all guards are in place.
- Trouble shoot & repair most mechanical breakdowns & adjustments.
- Keep machine area and aisles clean.
- Able to run and change over machine.
- Produce quality bags.
- Increase daily rate of production while keeping down waste.
- Set up & gauge printers as necessary.
- Twice Daily and Monthly machine lubrication.
- Yearly preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Train potential operators.

- Must be able to read, write, speak English.

- Lift and handle boxes 50 pounds
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools and have mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to stand continuously for a (12) twelve-hour shift on a rolling 4 days work and 2 days off schedule
- Work is primarily indoors but not climate controlled.
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
