About this Role

Probst Electric wants to bring on an HR Intern this summer!

We can be flexible with your schedule and dates of internship. Our office is in Heber City, UT.

What You'll Do

• The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and other HR functions to support the department
• Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientations
• Help maintain HR records, filing and databases
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Assisting with day-to-day generalist tasks
• Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to gain practical experience
• Generating queries, creating spreadsheets and tracking tools

What You'll Bring

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program, studying Human Resources or related field 
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (prefer applicants with above-average Excel skills)
• Prior experience in clerical work and/or data entry preferred 
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass drug test(s)
