Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual evaluations to assess students' motor abilities, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring the effective fulfillment of students' needs.
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions, either individually or in groups, targeting specific goals and objectives set in the Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Apply various therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to enhance students' functional abilities and independence.
- Regularly track and document students' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Provide virtual consultations and support to teachers and parents, sharing strategies for integrating therapeutic methods into students' daily routines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy practices and research, participating in professional development to enhance skills.
- Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active State License in Delaware(DE)as an OT
- Minimum 2 years of school/pediatrics experience as an OT is preferred
- In depth knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- $35-$45 a hour dependent on one's experience and district's budget
Interview Process:
- 10 - 15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter.
- 5- 10 minute tech screening to test internet speed/connection and zoom basics.
- 20 - 30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
