School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Summit, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in a school district located in Summit, Illinois. The SLP will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and disabilities.
Overview:
- Full Time
- W2 Contract for full school year
- Start: ASAP
- Virtual Interview
- W2 contract position for full school year
Responsibilities:
- One High School, Grades 9th-12th transition program
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other members of the education team to develop and implement IEPs and provide support to students.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active IllinoisSLP license
- ASHA CCC preferred, will consider SLP-CFY
- Familiaritywith Embrace Software for IEPs preferred
- Previous experience working in an educational environment is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
