ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate RNfor a contractedposition.This is an excellent school districtwith tons of support from wonderful colleagues and students.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform health assessments and provide immediate first aid to students and staff.
Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
Collaborate on health education initiatives and conduct sessions on topics like nutrition and hygiene.
Coordinate care plans for students with special medical needs and communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
Position Details:
- August 2024 - June 2025
- 35 hours/week
- 2 openings
- 1st opening:
- 1:1 with student with various health needs
- 2nd opening:
- Classroom nurse, supporting 2 students with feeding, and basic monitoring
- Trach, vent, gtube, seizure experience needed
- 1st opening:
- Location: Bloomington, IL
Requirements:
- RNState License
- School NurseCertification (School Specific)
