Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced bookkeeper to join our team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of all financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including generating invoices, processing payments, and issuing receipts
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures
- Perform other accounting duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Square
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must know how to use Outlook, Monday.com, and other Microsoft application
