We’re looking for a full-time, staff Project Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Camden, SC / remote/hybrid.
As the Project Manager, here’s the work you’ll do:

Manage a single or multiple projects up to an aggregate of 5MM gross unit revenue

Coordinate the delivery of services required to accomplish project requirements in accordance with prime contract and D&Z P&I procedures
-
Lead establishment and communication of project baseline documents with the project team to include execution plan, scope or work, schedule, baseline estimate, and contract summary
-
Develop and maintain professional working relationship with clients for the coordination/delivery of services, specifically engineering and design deliverables, schedule, cost, change management, quality and value

Report on project status informing the client and company senior management

Participate in the business development process, specifically contributing to proposal preparation (budget, schedule, execution strategy, etc), input to project management capabilities and review of technical information pertinent to the project. Participates in presentations to prospective clients, follow-up discussions and scope/pricing negotiations

Develop and maintain professional working relationship with company management and support services groups such as Supply Chain, Construction, Finance, and Human Resources

Overall administrative responsibility for execution of the project or projects assigned

Participate in employee development and mentoring for assigned personnel
-
This position will be located at the client's facility working in a seconded role
This role is for you if you have these skills:
-
Ability to lead project team in change management process for execution against the project baseline documents
-
Able to manage several small to medium size capital EPCM projects simultaneously
-
Experience in effective project execution and project procedures, including mature working knowledge of field execution EPCM activities
-
Estimating, scheduling, cost control, communications, management of people
-
Strong organizational skills for multiple projects
-
Proactive leadership and team building skills
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
And if you have these qualifications:
- BSc in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
-
10-15 years leading execution of capital projects including engineering, procurement and construction experience
-
PMP preferred
-
PE License preferred
-
Great attitude and team player
-
Successful completion of background screening process
