As our International VP of Sales you will focus on leading the Inovair Sales team and expanding our footprint nationally and globally. This position will be reporting directly to our CEO.
Position Responsibilities
- Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals, nationally and globally.
- Lead the Inovair Sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Define optimal sales force structure for Inovair.
- Manage budget for Inovair sales.
- Develop Inovair sales staff; hire and develop additional resources as needed.
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate current sales processes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements, if any, on current infrastructure and systems that support the sales function.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Work closely with the marketing team, involving the inovair.com website and the development of programs for our manufacturing representatives.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales and sales management experience
- Industrial blower/compressor experience
- Wastewater treatment applications experience
- Experience working with manufacturing representative network, ideally wastewater treatment
- Ability to travel 50%, inclusive of global travel
- Global sales experience highly desired
- Project management experience highly desired
- Automotive interest a plus
