What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Shift Floor Technician position at ProClean, Inc.?
· Full Time Floor Technician to cover maintenance contracts throughout Lake and Porter County.
· The shift is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week to start at 5 PM. (can be flexible within reason)
· Paid vacation and sick time.
· Experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
· Carpet extraction and restoration
· Handling machine scrubbing and burnishing equipment
· Follow established systems, policies, procedures, and protocols.
· Stripping and refinishing waxed flooring as needed
· Window washing when weather permitting (occasional ladder work)
· Cleaning HVAC vents and light fixtures
· Loading/Unloading equipment into and out of company vehicle
· Undergo training for cleaning technician position should you have to cover any cleaning contracts during your shift.
Applicant Requirements:
· 18 years or older.
· Pass a background investigation
· Must hold valid drivers license
· Be able and willing to work independently in an efficient and productive manner.
· Demonstrate exceptional attendance habits.
