Procore is seeking a Revenue Operations Support Specialist to join our Corporate Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you'll interface with all levels of our organization to drive the rhythm of the business and ensure our Go-To-Market teams are set up for success. Successful candidates are organized, proactive, and able to manage a wide range of tasks.
As a Revenue Operations Support Specialist, you'll receive work through SFDC cases and identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through territory management, account assignment, compensation crediting, quota management, and more. This is driven by partnering with our Operations Business Partner and Revenue Planning teams. Your operational approach will support the revenue organization's overall success and ensure our planning programs align with our revenue strategy and ideal business outcomes.
This role has the opportunity to work based out of any of our US offices, or remotely in the US. We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you'll do:
Triage, investigate, and resolve territory/quota-related SFDC cases from our Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams
Assist with territory carves and assignments during annual planning
Ensure accurate quotas and hierarchies are loaded into our sales forecasting tool
Support commission crediting processes by applying splits, overrides, and holdovers according to our Rules of Engagement (ROE)
Assist with other SalesOps programs such as Lapsed Renewals, SWAG administration, and ad-hoc project support.
Partner with Operations Business Partners to ensure we are providing high-quality service and support to the field
What we're looking for:
3 years of relevant experience working in a Revenue environment, either in sales, customer service, or operations
1 years of revenue or sales operations experience is preferred but not required
Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment that requires teamwork, trust, and the willingness to jump into new projects to help the team
Excellent problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Knowledge of sales systems and tools (Salesforce.com, etc.); curiosity to learn new systems, process and tools
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
SaaS experience preferred
Base Pay Range $62,560 - $86,020. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
