Our Dayton warehouse is located 1 mile west of the Dayton International Airport.

Working behind the scenes in one of our warehousing locations, our team members are vital to the success of our business at P&G. We hire you at entry level and you advance by demonstrating growing levels of various skills.
Responsibilities Include -
Responsible for delivering materials to/from the Packing Operations.
Responsible for moving material to a staging area for further palletization or customization.
Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate.
Basic operation and maintenance of the equipment in their area.
The current schedule is Monday - Friday, with weekly shift rotation, alternating 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:30pm to 12:00am(Midnight)). Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the site to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. The hours of work can vary from 8 to 12 hours daily. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift. Mandatory overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.
Qualifications
Are 18 years of age or older.
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection and safety shoes).
Willing to work weekly rotating shifts (1st and 2nd shift).
Willing to work weekends and holidays.
Lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability to bend and stoop, climb, stand and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms, and twist, turn and bend.
You are willing to work in a fast paced environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, and loud equipment.
Prior experience is preferred but not required. P&G provides on-site training.
