Owns gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements. They lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management for their application(-s) to meet business, user and stakeholder, and solution requirements and leverage vendors/suppliers to deliver. Coordinates with the Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Architects. Specialized in one application or one module of larger application and/or technical platform.

• Mastery – Experience or interest in building expertise with audio, video, web conferencing and meeting room technologies. Applicants who don’t have experience with those technologies but who do have experience with other end-user-computing technologies, voice technologies, or network will have an advantage.
• Application Management Experience – The ideal candidate will have GBS Application Management experience or a strong desire to build those skills. Own and manage application areas such as iRisk, maintaining application information in MEGA, Business Impact Assessments, Threat and Vulnerability Analysis, Application Continuity Plan, etc.
• IT Network Experience - networking background preferred (understanding of network architecture and how networks operate in general).
• Solution Management Experience and Skills – Very good written and verbal communication skills.Experience developing communication plans.Experience qualifying initiatives through SIMPL and specifically with developing/executing user research plans.
• Supplier/vendor management – experience in working with external service providers.
• Builds Diverse and Collaborative Relationships – track record of excellent collaboration skills. The Application Manager will need to work effectively with peers, suppliers, cross-functional resources, and all levels of management (including Executives).
• Embraces Change/Agility: Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced high-profile situations.
