We are looking for a highly motivated leader, preferably with experience in quality systems, to join our team at a 1.7-million square foot distribution center in Shippensburg, PA (near Harrisburg, PA and Frederick, MD). This facility is a highly automated distribution hub supplying P&G products throughout the US and Canada. The Quality Assurance organization is a critical component of our business and plays an integral role in delivering business results. This role will span developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Quality Systems for on-going production and new project delivery. You will play a key part in driving the integrity of our brands and helping to deliver quality consumers, customers, regulators, and employees trust – everywhere, every time!

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence resources at all levels of the organization
- Management skills and experience to successfully lead a team of QA professionals
- Experience with regulatory programs, compliance management and developing solutions to meet requirements
- Data analysis skills to identify improvement areas
- Experience using digital resources to improve system efficiency and effectiveness
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with people and equipment
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Have a BS degree in a quality or science-related field
- Must have 1 – 3 years experience
Preferred Skills:
- Work experience in Quality Assurance-related field
- Experience with products regulated as drugs, medical devices and cosmetics
- Experience in manufacturing or physical distribution
