Summary:
The Reporting Administrator works with various data bases, files, and systems to track
departmental key performance indicators and productivity reports. Run ad hoc reports to assist in tracking pertinent insurance information. Ability to create and maintain documentation to meet department needs. Identify trends to assist management with opportunities for areas of improvement.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Execute and ensure timely and accurate distribution of all reports.
- Constantly evaluate processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Keep documentation for reports updated.
- Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards.
- Collects data for implications regarding budget, project and/or program initiatives.
- Creates and maintains spreadsheet files.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational experience
- Proficient in Windows based environment
- Advanced skills in Excel (formulas and charts)
- Works well in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task, problem solve to continually meet tight deadlines
- Able to start workday at 5:30 am EST
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred
- College degree.
- Experience in running queries in SQL preferred.
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
1. Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
2. Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
3. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
4. Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
5. Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions orientation.
