What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Procuts?
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform data entry tasks, such as filing documents and updating records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as filing and organizing financial documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer support or handling inquiries is beneficial
Note: This position may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist.
