Pollfish - Sales Strategist

This role is open under the Pollfish division of Prodege.  Pollfish is disrupting a $50B Market Research industry and makes consumer market research available to all. The Pollfish DIY research tool – combined with a proprietary network of 220M consumers -- enables companies of all sizes to connect with and understand real consumers worldwide in a fast, easy and cost-effective way.

We are looking for a Sales Strategist to help support our growing Sales Team(s).

As our Sales Strategist you will:

• Work closely with our sales and customer success team to help grow our account base
• Maintain CRM data and pipelines within Hubspot
• Collaborate with Pollfish users and prospects to assess, suggest and develop appropriate solutions
• Be responsible for developing fully comprehensive proposals including costs, research objectives, feasibility and platform benefits
• Manage multiple stages of the sales cycle including contract revisions and changes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are being met with respect to client needs and expectations
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to continuously improve processes, understanding and expectations of both internal needs and those of current and future clients
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels

You will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree required
• 1–3-year experience at an agency/market research environment or equivalent
• Demonstrated record of success in account management, sales development, or sales analyst functions
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Affinity for a fast paced, dynamic environment 
• Goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
• Excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written, oral communication and presentation skills
• A highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and values accountability
• Exceptional follow up skills and professionalism
• Advanced computer/LinkedIn/email skills a must
