Overview
The Retail Mentor is integral in assuring that client event execution and product demonstrations meet the client’s requirements and expectations. This position will travel within a designated local area and evaluate and audit event execution. Retail Mentors will manage the relationship at a local level with our retailers and ensure that concerns are addressed.

Responsibilities
- Interview, On-Board, Train, and Retain new team members
- Audit and Assess in-store execution of product demonstrations
- Build and Grow relationships with in-store personnel and management
- Develop cohesive and collaborative relationships with team of demonstrators
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and managing execution
- Food safety experience and ability to certify as necessary
- Professional appearance regarding dress code, grooming and event-specific requirements
- Active role that requires regular and frequent lifting, standing, walking and a wide range of motion to include pushing and pulling carts, merchandise or displays
- Fast Food, Food Preparation, Retail or Bar Tending not required but beneficial
- Customer-facing comfort level of daily operations
