Product Recovery Management is seeking a Press Brake Setup/Operator, Laser/Plasma table Operator to join our team in our Butner, NC facility. Product Recovery Management is a growing business with a modern facility.

Duties:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to blueprints and specifications
• Select appropriate tooling and perform tool changes as necessary
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy of bends
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Program CNC controls for precise bending operations
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes
• Ability and willingness to perform other duties as needed

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in laser cutting, machining, and tooling operations
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Experience with CNC programming and operation
• Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a plus
• Familiarity with milling machine operations is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of precision in bending operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.50 per hour
