ProductionHUB is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing coordinator to support our Marketing Manager alongside a dedicated team, in growing our brand while maintaining relationships with our current client base. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting to guide strategic adjustments.
- Contribute to building a content repository, including gathering photos and media, and assist in the creation of marketing materials and sales proposals.
- Assist in gathering estimates and sources for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks such as ordering of materials, invoice reconciliation, and maintenance of marketing material inventory.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, from website to print.
- Edit and write email templates to support marketing, customer communications, and sales teams.
- Assisting in market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4.
- Experienced with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc, as well as their analytics tools.
- Understanding of cloud-based software programs, especially content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and email marketing tools.
- Proven track record of effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and/or prior project management experience, with the ability to work in a team environment, including remote team members.
- Attention to detail and creative problem solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
