This is a hybrid job based in Denver, CO. A hybrid job means that you will work partially in the office and partially remotely. This setup offers the flexibility of working from home for some days and being physically present at the office for others. It can balance the convenience of remote work and the collaborative benefits of in-person interaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, own, and evangelize a strategic roadmap, communicating vision, themes, and initiatives to internal and external customers
- Own product research and discovery for specific product areas as directed - identifying challenges related to usability, adoption, and connections to the overall product platform
- Formulate and promote your strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Understand the technical dependencies for your product area(s) and bring relevant stakeholders together to plan and launch your initiatives
- Craft problem statements supported by customer feedback and informed by data and represent the voice of the customer in collaborative R & D sessions
- Become a customer expert and work closely with Design and Engineering to refine and deliver product features. Identify target metrics prior to feature launch, create adoption plans, and provide regular updates on progress
- Lead interdepartmental launch activities to execute feature release plans, including influencing marketing collateral, sales activities, support, and technical roll out
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams on collateral, including onboarding flows, overview decks, and materials that capture the product vision and value
Required Experience, Education, & Skills:
- 3 years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS product management roles
- Demonstrated success owning projects from inception to completion, providing appropriate levels of communication throughout
- Ability to conduct complex data analysis and translate into actionable, deliverables, messages and presentations
- Passionate and curious about creating world class products
- High sense of urgency, driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated success of interacting effectively at various levels in the organization
- Experience with API or integration development a plus

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
