Construction Project Coordinator - Permit Admin (ON-SITE ONLY).
  • This is a full-time office position.
  • Location: North Miami Beach.
  • Salary: $40k to $50k.
  • Benefits are vision, dental, and 401k plans.
  • 5 PTO days.

Looking for a Project Coordinator:
  • Our client is a boutique construction firm located in North Miami.
  • The project coordinator assists with both the permitting process as well as general tasks that come up daily in order to successfully complete a project.
  • This role communicates internally with management as well as vendors, service professionals, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the building permit process.
  • Keep track of the lifecycle of permits.
  • Assist senior staff in general tasks.
  • Assist with daily tasks related to the completion of projects as they come up.
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Assist with general office admin.
  • Answer phones and take messages as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Organized.
  • Experience with the building permitting process is a plus.
  • Self - Starter.
  • Able to clearly communicate with vendors and clients.
  • Able to send out reports and spreadsheets.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
