Locally owned Financial Services Company seeking experienced, professional Client Services Representative to add to our growing Client Services Team!

The position is full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The primary role of the Client Services Representative is to proactively contact our business clients each month in order to check in and assist them with sending over new work. This requires making upwards of 100 outbound calls daily. Professionalism, multi-tasking and attention to detail are a must!

We are looking for candidates with not only customer service experience, but who are highly professional, energetic and highly self-motivated. These positions basically serve as the voice of the Company to our business clients - only the best will do!

Compensation includes base pay of $17 to $19 an hour along with monthly team bonus opportunity and incentives. We also offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance as well as Monthly Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Vacation and 401K.
