What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN RN Overnights position at Professional Healthcare Inc?
PHI, a PHH Company, a provider of skilled home care services, is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) & Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with our adult and/or pediatric private duty clients in the following counties:
Cumberland, Sampson, Harnett, Hoke, Robeson, & Bladen

High Acuity and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. We offer our nurses opportunities for education and growth through skills training.
Available Shifts:
- Overnight
- 6-12 hour shift work
- FT, PT, & PRN options available with most clients
- No Weekend Requirements

LPN & RN Responsibilities:
- Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client’s needs.
- Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages.
- Medication management & administration
- Monitor vital signs & medical equipment.
- Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable.
- Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support.
- Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly
- Assist with other total care nursing duties.
- Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.
LPN & RN Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current LPN/RN license in good standing
- Ability to lift patients when applicable.
Pay: $29-$35
