```Duties:``` - Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. - Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures. - Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities, memory care, assisted living, or hospice care is a plus. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients of all ages. - Basic computer skills for documentation purposes. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
