We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Experienced Medical Assistant or LVN to deliver exceptional care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to the Physician, assisting with in-office procedures, documenting in EMR, taking vital signs, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to providing quality care.

This role is pivotal to our operations and requires someone who thrives in a high-pressure, fast paced environment and can remain calm under stress.

The office is open Monday - Thursday. Closed on Fridays.

Experience/Skills Required:

Minimum 3 Years Experience Required

• Use of Electronic Health Records/Electronic Medical Records
• Great Writing Skills
• Use of Autoclave
• Proper Maintenance and Care of Medical Instruments
• Ordering Labs
• Place Electronic Prescriptions
• Collecting Specimens
• Can work independently or with a team
• Back and Front Office Experience is a Plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus!

Responsibilities:

• Input Electronic Health/Medical Records for Patients
• Back Office (75%) and Front Office (25%)
• Assist Physician with patient care.
• Assist with in-office medical procedures.
• Perform basic laboratory tests
• Provide patient education.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
