Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
- Programming/ Engineering for multiple 3 axis routers in various locations
- Program Robotic Cell to trim completed vacuum formed parts to finished size
- Responsible for design of fixtures and tooling for both Routers and Robot to produce high quality parts in a timely fashion
- Analyze drawings, sketches and designs to determine the best program and process to manufacture precision parts
- Write setup instruction and tool list to optimize setup times
- Observe operation of machine on trial run to improve program cycle time
- Create job travelers and manufacturing operations from material and hardware to outside process
- Ability to Travel to various locations along west coast – 10% travel required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5-10 years operating CNC equipment
- 5-10 years utilizing Mastercam/Solidworks
- 5 years of CNC Programming
