Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our Nurse Staffing Agency's sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and medical centers to promote our nurse staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other medical institutions.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the specific needs and staffing requirements of potential clients.
Initiate contact with key decision-makers and establish strong rapport through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Present our nurse staffing services and solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate our agency's strengths.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, build brand visibility, and generate leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients and the successful placement of nurses.
Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and developments in the nurse staffing field.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by medical institutions in staffing.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
Comfortable with making cold calls, conducting presentations, and negotiating agreements.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
A genuine passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to its improvement.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
