They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate who will interact with all of their tenants and handle full-cycle A/R functions for them: Accounts Receivable Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage the tenant and corporate receivables process
- Interface with tenants regarding rent related matters including annual CAM reconciliations, electronic invoices, rent increases, and tenant bill backs
- Provide timely receivables reports to colleagues including Property Accountants & Managers, Leasing & Asset Managers, and Legal on a
- Reconcile tenant accounts and follow up on past due amounts
- Send Default notices to tenants as indicated; provide tenant material to inside and outside Counsel if litigation is involved
- Minimum of 3 years of A/R experience in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization.
