YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This dispatcher position usually works Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and with flexible in-office hours during the day.
In this customer service role, you are prompt and professional as you handle the needs of our clients and the administrative needs of our office. You answer phone calls, respond to customer needs through email, and schedule appointments with customers. Additionally, you take great care to maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes.
As a vital component to our office administrative staff, you eagerly step in and assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed. Whether tending to the mail or stepping in for our team of dispatchers, you feel great about your professional contributions to the success of our HVAC company!
