You are dedicated to learning & embrace new opportunities to enhance your skills & knowledge. You assist with event management, social media management, marketing campaign execution, & general marketing duties for Profinium. You provide the creativity & energy to contribute to an AMAZING client experience!
**Full-time preferred, however part-time candidates will also be considered**
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Social Media & Content Development - 30%
- You assist the SVP of Marketing with Profinium campaigns to increase our audience on social media accounts & manage communications through social media.
- You work with departments to create relevant video blog content. This includes recording content, post editing content, & publishing content across multiple platforms with different target markets.
- You learn how to navigate the creative side of marketing while following financial regulations.
Event Management - 30%
- You team with the SVP of Marketing & VP of Business Development to plan & execute events such as (but not limited to) the 10-year anniversary celebration for the Mankato branch.
Learning - 30%
- You adopt a learning mindset; listening, absorbing, practicing & applying new concepts & ideas with an open mind & positive attitude within the internship working environment.
- You ask questions to ensure you get the most out of your experience & journey with Profinium.
Other - 10%
- You comply with organization policies, systems, process & procedures with a strong commitment to the overall direction & focus of the organization.
- You complete any special projects assigned by Marketing Department
- As part of the overall team of bank employees, you may be asked to help support other bank activities.
- You promote the AMAZING positive & energetic environment at Profinium by embracing our Purpose, Pledge & Pursuits (P3’s) to guide your behavior.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- You are attending an accredited college/university, and pursuing a degree in an industry-related field
- You have knowledge & expertise in multiple computer software packages, primarily focused in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, but not exclusively. Competency may be achieved & maintained with training as needed.
- You have the ability to maintain confidential information
- You have the skills needed in a typical office environment, including computer skills & utilization of office equipment
While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc. You have the ability to operate a computer, carry, handle & feel objects; reach with hands & arms; communicate effectively & efficiently in person & over the phone. You must occasionally lift &/or move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance. You have the ability to travel to other locations as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception & the ability to adjust focus.
