The Profit.co Customer Success team goes all out to help customers achieve their goals through their Profit.co implementation - Understanding customer organizations, their challenges, long term and short term goals, Coaching them on successful implementation of the OKR program and Performance Management initiatives and providing the training required to derive value from their Profit.co implementation. About The Role
We are looking for qualified Customer Success Consultants in the US to join our team! As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients execute their goals through OKRs & performance management. You will be responsible for customer retention, adoption of Profit.co and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on client-to-business interactions, B2B sales, business process & functional domain expertise. The candidates with similar experience in Business analysis,Marketing, Sales and B2B consulting can also apply.
Responsibilities
- Retain customers and keep them referenceable
- Design programs for implementing OKRs and program management
- Coach customers on all aspects of OKRs
- Learn about the Profit.co platform in-depth so that you can articulate the value to customers
- Hold product demonstrations for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to tie them to product features, benefits, and value propositions -
- Work at flexible hours to interact with employees and customers in the US
- Be the customer’s voice within Profit.co, providing feedback to Product Management to develop/identify new features
- Ensure renewal, drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and work with customer advocates to generate new business
- Carry Expansion Revenue targets
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) – including renewal, adoption and expansion commitments – to ensure remarkable, predictable results
- Identify opportunities for customer references and case studies
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years’ of experience in Customer Success, Business consulting or as a business analyst. Experience in customer-facing areas like B2B Sales, Marketing and Customer Support will also be considered.
- Should have strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- B2B product evangelization experience with the aptitude to learn new products
- Comfortable in engaging senior executives and leading Executive Business Reviews
- Experience in growing business in North American and EU markets
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
- Flexibility to work with our customers in their time zone
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Strong Project Management skills

- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
