WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- ProFocus is searching for a Help Desk / IT Support with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office365 experience.
As the IT Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining users’ IT resources, the IT infrastructure and operations onsite. This position will ensure that all systems, hardware, and software are up-to-date and functioning properly, and that our employees have the support they need to perform their job functions. As a critical player in the organization’s Help Desk function, this role on-site full-time.
WHAT YOU"LL DO:
- Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets on site.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- Communicate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades and improvements as needed.
- Train and support employees on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Managing on-premises file servers and print resources.
Secondary Functions:
- Support Helpdesk, Departmental and Corporate projects as assigned.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- 3 years years of experience in providing IT Help Desk support.
- Minimum of 2 year in supporting Active Directory, Exchange and Office365 applications.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have proven experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office365 applications
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. We do not sponsor work visas.
PREFERRED
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Experience working in a organization with at least 100 employees.
