What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative - CPA Firm position at Progar & Company, P.A.?

Help us with the administration of this established CPA firm. Previous administrative experience preferred, CPA firm experience a plus. Must be able to work overtime January 15th through April 15th. Saturdays are work days from about February 15th through April 15th. Benefits include SIMPLE retirement plan, health insurance with HSA, long term disability, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.

*Candidate must work well in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to meet deadlines.

*Greet and assist clients and visitors.

*Answer and operate the phone system.

*Contact clients to bring in their work.

*Contact clients upon completion of work.

*Collect and process client payments.

*Administrative filing and electronic filing using company software.

*Retrieve files from storage as needed.

*Scheduling appointments as needed.

*Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds - client storage boxes, copy paper, etc.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel helpful.

*Must exhibit a positive, mature attitude and maintain a neat, clean appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
